Practice Manager Job Vacancy in Scarbourgh
We have a Practice Manager role based within a family run Dental surgery in Scarbourgh, it's in a central location with great transport links and on-site parking for staff members.
The centre is in a converted house, with new facilities and plenty of room for further expansion as the business progresses.
They have around 3,000 active patients currently, and another 8,000 that are on the list. They do see both private and NHS patients, and are actively looking to increase patient list size in the next couple years. To support this list size they have 3 dentists currently working there, 2 Dental Nurses and 2 Administration Staff.
They are looking for a Practice Manager with previous experience within a management role within a Dental Surgery, or healthcare centre, as a minimum. You will need to understand the requirements of clinical competence, have knowledge of medical & dental terminology and be well versed in the roles of dentists, dental nurses etc.
You will take on all responsibilities of Manager within this role, taking on recruitment, rota organisation, finances, stocking, contract writing, HR issues, as well as handling patient feedback and ensuring the general smooth running of day to day business. You will have assistance from the business owner, (current stand-in Practice Manager) in all areas - so you will be supported throughout your career!
