We have a brand new vacancy for a Pharmacist to make the move into General Practice at an excellent, professional and well-managed GP surgery on the outskirts of Leeds.
They are looking for a Pharmacist who can complete medication reviews and medication management etc. Experience within General Practice would be ideal, however is not essential to be considered for the role. You'll technically be working for a Primary Care Network, however day to day you will based at one or two surgeries (both very close to each other - 3 miles apart), very occasionally, in times of holiday and sickness, you may be expected to go to other sites across the Network.
The surgery have a CQC report rated 'Good' across the board, with around 20,000 patients on their list with a heavier ratio on elderly and young families.
You'll need to have great attention to detail, be hard working and studious to do well within this role. There is the chance to develop your skill set and progress within the role, with training opportunities available throughout your career there. The GP surgery is a training practice, with plenty of mentoring staff members to oversee and support your progression.
Alongside the training provided you'll also receive;
