We have a Receptionist role at an excellent, well established GP surgery just on the outskirts of Leeds, towards Otley. They're looking for someone to join their team for a part time permanent contract of 25 hours a week. They ideally need someone who can be flexible with start and finish times and ideally be happy to take on extra shifts on occasions were other staff may take annual leave or sickness.
You will earn a competitive rate of £10 per hour, alongside an excellent benefits package including 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays off.
You'll be working on the front desk answering phone, booking appointments and handling everyday complaints and queries. You'll need to be IT literate and be able to pick up systems quickly. Training will be offered if you've never worked in a GP surgery before, with 3 months of one to one mentoring. It's a lovely surgery with good CQC report, complimentary patient reviews and a supportive management team.
Experience working in administration or a customer facing position is essential, excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour at all times will be expected.
Any prior experience working as a receptionist in a healthcare setting will be greatly beneficial for the position.
