We've got a new and exciting vacancy for an Assistant Manager at a large, bustling Health Centre in central Coventry. You'll be joining a well-established, organised team of administrators and management staff. Experience in a similar role is essential, so if you're working as a deputy practice manger, admin manager or operations manager then you'll have plenty of transferable skills and experience to take on this position!
Involvement with internal recruitment, finance, people management, handling complaints and improving services will all be a part of this role. You'll be knowledgeable and passionate about patient care and providing excellent services.
The position is part time, 30 hours, across 3 or 4 days, they can offer flexible working hours, with variable start and finish times to fit around your current commitments. They are offering £35,000 (FTE), pension scheme and 5 weeks of annual leave + bank holidays.
The centre have a large list size with around 10,000 patients, they have a car park on site for staff members, as well as having excellent public transport links. The centre have a 'good' CQC report, proving to be well-led and safe to practice in all areas.
