We are looking for a Practice Nurse to lend a hand and support a GP surgery as a locum member of the team. This is new way to work in Primary Care, with a huge earning potential and complete flexibility. You could completely revitalise your working life.
You would choose the days and hours you work (with no minimum number of hours required), and how regularly you could assist. This role would fit easily around an existing position, or any other commitments you might have.
It will enable you to make lasting connections with centers in your local area and build CPD, adding more evidence to your portfolio.
The skills and experience you bring would be rewarded by high rates of pay; an hourly rate of £25 - £42 (including holiday pay).
With the covid-19 pandemic still impacting services and increasing demand, we need healthcare workers to come together to ensure that Primary Care services resume asap to help keep our patients healthy and avoid unnecessary admissions. Can you help?
For your reassurance, you will have full PPE provided, and all patients will be screened for covid-19 symptoms and only allowed access to face-to-face appointments if they are clear.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in a General Practice setting and undertaking treatment room skills, such as; Immunisations, Cytology, Ear Irrigation and/or Dressings. If you have experience with Chronic Disease Management checks that is an advantage.
