Lead Practice Nurse, Basingstoke

Chase Medical is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Lead Practice Nurse to join a medium-large, but close-knit GP centre in Basingstoke.

The successful Practice Nurse will be skilled in the usual clinical skills but will also have a background in management and leadership along with a passion for staff progression.

The centre is looking for up to full-time hours (though has some flexibility), is offering an NHS pension, indemnity, and 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays. Salary is Band 7-8 (DOE). You’ll be able to work autonomously and have confidence in your skills. 

You’ll be managing a mixed team of Nurses and HCAs and will be joining a training practice that’s looking for a motivated, hard working and enthusiastic candidate.
